Born in Voorhees, New Jersey, I grew up in the Philadelphia metro area until I finished high school at Eastern Regional High School. I then moved to Pittsburgh where I spent 3 years completing my undergraduate degrees in Biology and Biochemistry at Duquesne University. I then moved back to Philadelphia where I spent 7 years completing my graduate and medical education. After medical school, I returned to Pittsburgh where I completed my family medicine residency at UPMC Shadyside. I will be completing my Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship here in Pittsburgh where my education began.
My interests outside of medicine include playing soccer, basketball, video games; watching soccer, basketball, football (go birds), cricket, history, food, ice cream, and spending time with friends and family.
