I was born and raised in Oil City, PA, which is a 1.5-hour drive north of Pittsburgh. I attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergrad and Penn State for medical school, where clinical experiences in central Pennsylvania, rural Ghana, and the Navajo Nation deepened my passion for community-based care and long-term patient relationships. Drawn to a career that blends broad medical knowledge with meaningful connection, I found family medicine to be the perfect fit.
I chose St. Margaret because the people here are some of the most devoted and kind individuals I’ve met, and I knew they would help shape me into the doctor I hope to become. I have too many interests in medicine to count (yet another reason I chose family medicine), so I’m thrilled to see what’s in store for these three years. Outside of work, you can find me walking around the city with my mini goldendoodle, Este, watching Pittsburgh sports, or exploring local restaurants and bars with my fiancé, Nellie.
