I grew up in Georgia and Florida, and I earned my undergraduate degree from Florida State University (Go Noles!) with a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Physics. I attended medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. My interests in medicine include integrating behavioral health and primary care, prevention and early detection of mental illness, and perinatal/parental mental health. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé, cat (Albus), and dog (Remy, short for Remus for all you HP fans out there). I also like to run, meditate, and spend time in Pittsburgh's beautiful parks. My favorite thing about St. Maggie's (other than incredible co-residents and faculty) is the constant flux of adorable residency pet pictures on the phones we use as pagers.
