Amelia Cuevas, MD

  • Family Medicine Resident

Growing up in Beaver County, I have spent most of my life in Western PA and am excited to begin my practice here. I attended Penn State University where I studied Immunology and Infectious Disease  and Spanish, and later transitioned to the University of Pittsburgh for my medical education. In between, I spent time working as a pre-school Spanish teacher and traveling throughout South America with my husband. I am a certified Medical Spanish Interpreter and love seeing patients in both Spanish and English! My areas of interest in medicine include language equity, behavioral health, and full spectrum primary care. More broadly, my areas of interest in life include spending time in the sunshine, paddle boarding, meditating, and exploring the world.
