Amy Grimes PharmD BCPS BCGP

Amy Grimes, PharmD, BCPS, received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. She completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as well as a PGY2 geriatrics specialty residency at UPMC St. Margaret. She has experience in transitions of care research and managed care and belongs to the Allegheny County Pharmacists Association along with local and national geriatrics societies. Dr. Haver participates in daily patient rounds with the Geriatric Inpatient Service and practices at the UPMC St. Margaret Geriatric Care Center.
