Our faculty and staff deliver team-based, multi-disciplinary care in our Family Health Centers and hospitals, especially through Integrated Behavioral Health and MAT/MOUD. Innovative programs such as School Health and immunization outreach services, onsite Hepatitis C treatment, population health experiences, early childhood literacy programs, lifestyle medicine and LGBTQ care continue to expand and improve the health of our diverse and medically underserved communities.
