Biography

Trish Klatt, Pharm.D., BCPS has been on the faculty of the UPMC St. Margaret Family Medicine Residency since 1995. She developed the Pharmacy Residency Program at UPMC St. Margaret in 2003, which is integrated within the Family Medicine Residency and now has 10 pharmacy residents. She is also working to develop pharmacist practice within family medicine physician practices within UPMC.

Dr. Klatt’s clinical practice is the UPMC St. Margaret Bloomfield-Garfield Family Health Center. Her special interests include end-of-life care, behavioral health, and home visits, and chronic disease. In addition to her patient care and teaching at the family health centers, she enjoys serving as advisor for residents’ community medicine projects including many school health projects. She is also very engaged in her local community, and is particularly passionate about park and trail development.

Dr. Klatt is married with three teenage children and enjoys trail running, hiking, skiing, and cooking.
