Heather Sakely, PharmD, BCPS, BGCP, received the Healthcare Professional Award from the Pennsylvania Geriatrics Society - Western Division. She was presented the award at the dinner symposium at the 26th Annual Clinical update in Geriatric Medicine on April 5, 2018
